Customers can pick up their order at:
The St. Norbert Farmers Market
(Winter) Saturdays: 10:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.
(Summer) Saturdays: 8:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.
Our roasting shop is open for pick-up from:
Monday - Friday: 10:00 A.M. - 4:00 PM
If you would like to pick up your order from our roasting shop, please email us the day before pick-up:
You can pick up your order from either one of these locations:
1. Royalwood Neighbourhood (for emergency pick-ups only. Please, email us for specific address)
2. 580 Dobbie Ave unit b, Winnipeg, MB R2K 1G4, Canada

How We Do It
For Winnipeg customers: If your order is $50 or more, you get free shipping!
Returns
To protect from contamination and ensure food safety, Savan Coffee Bean does not accept refunds if the order has been opened.
We will only process refunds if:
1. The order is wrong
2. The order has not been opened or tampered with
