An incredibly rich and decadent flavour. Contrary to its name, there is no honey added. The roast is simply called 'honey-processed' because the harvesting process causes the juices of the beans to seep out super sticky like honey. The beans are then turned under the sun every 30 minutes to produce that rich taste.
